Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships free across India, with no minimum spend. What you see is what you pay.
How long will my order take?
Orders are packed the same or next working day and typically reach you within a few days, depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link once it's dispatched.
How do I track my order?
We send a tracking link by SMS, email and WhatsApp the moment your parcel ships. You can also message us on WhatsApp any time for a live update.
Where do you deliver?
Right now we deliver across India. For bulk or out-of-area requests, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Products & quality
Are your products 100% vegetarian?
Completely. Everything we sell is 100% vegetarian and FSSAI certified, with no additives and no artificial colours.
What does "hand-graded" mean?
Every batch is sorted by hand so only the best pieces make it into the pack, then sealed at peak freshness. We work in small lots to keep the standard consistent.
How should I store dry fruits?
Keep them in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerating nuts and seeds extends their shelf life and keeps them crisp.
Are the packs sealed?
Yes, every jar and pouch is sealed fresh before it leaves us, so what reaches your shelf is exactly what left our hands.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major cards, net banking and popular wallets, through our secure payment partner Razorpay.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We do not accept Cash on Delivery. Every order is prepaid online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking or wallets), which keeps dispatch fast and each parcel sealed and tracked from our hands to yours.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed over an encrypted, PCI-compliant gateway (Razorpay). We never see or store your card details.
Returns & support
What if my order arrives damaged?
Tell us right away, ideally at the time of delivery, with a photo. We'll replace the item or refund you, no fuss.
Can I cancel or change an order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to update or add to it before it goes out.

Do you supply shops and retailers?
Yes, that's our roots. We've supplied premium dry fruits in bulk to hundreds of shops across India for twenty years. Share your requirement and we'll send wholesale pricing.
Do you do corporate and festival gifting?
We do, with custom hampers and packaging for Diwali, weddings and corporate gifts. Tell us what you need and we'll build it.
How do I get wholesale pricing?
Message us on WhatsApp with the products and quantity, and we'll share a rate list the same day.
